In today’s era of such a technical advancement, the needs of the people are also increasing with increase in population. To meet the demands of the growing population especially in a country like India, it’s very important to start various private organizations which could help common citizens to lead their lives with ease and comfort. Hence the idea start-up is getting inside the minds of many entrepreneurs who are looking forward to start new projects which could be very helpful for the common people of the country. With the help of their brilliant minds, they can seek, develop and validate a scalable economic model. The government of India with its brilliant efforts has made a flagship initiative which is intended to build a very strong ecosystem which could be very helpful for the growth of the society. Hence through Start-up which would be an app through which the common people of my small village Balakrupi, Joginder Nagar, District Mandi, Himachal Pradesh would be highly beneficial and maximum of the problems would be resolved.
MARKET DEMAND:-
After doing lots of research and after consulting people of my home Balakrupi, Joginder Nagar ,Mandi district , Himachal Pradesh which isn’t much developed and disconnected from the urban areas and aren’t having much access of the urban facilities we have come to a conclusion to introduce our idea of formation of an App in order provide them the access to some of the basic urban facilities . As per our research , some of the main problems which the common people were suffering from are listed below:-
(1.) Some people say that they find it really difficult to look for electricians in case of sudden power breakdown or in order to fix any electrical device.
(2.) Some say that it takes them time to reach the vegetable market and return home on time.
(3.) Some say that there is a restricted access to a good quality of health care.
(4.) Some say that the quality of education is less in their areas.
(5.) Some say that there aren’t many employment facilities so most of the people remain unemployed.
(6.) Some say that in order to sell their grown products, they need to travel to long distances and can’t find sufficient buyers for their produce.
Hence the main working of our start-up will be to resolve most of these above mentioned problems so that the life of the people of my home town could be made stressed free.
Target customers:-
Our actual Target customers are those people who are looking for:-
(1). Being addressed with the critical health care facilities so that various deadly problems can be resolved at the earlier stages through automated solution. Through these automated solutions will include accuracy, simplicity and even the cost of investment will be less.
(2). Being employed for daily wages work in order to sustain them and their family members.
(3). Buyers for their produced products so that they can sell their goods at effective rates
And do not have to travel long distances to sell their products.
(4). People finds it really hard to appoint electricians and various other technical experts during the hour of need to resolve their problems.
All the above mentioned points will allow us to tackle some of the major issues which the people of my town want to get corrected and so that their life can also be made stressed free and a positive atmosphere is generated.
Required knowledge and expertise:-
The basic things which are required before implementing our start-up:-
(1). Hardware: — The basic hardware which would be required is a good PC and nothing much. So in order to access our app the customer is requested to use any of the hardware devices such as: — PC, Smartphone, Tablet or any other things.
(2). software:- In order to built this app it is very important to have the knowledge of any of the computer programming languages such as, C++, Java, HTML and Python. Along with this the knowledge of the app development should also be known which is done in the app studio and along with this the knowledge of the Firebase is also required to input the desired of our start-up onto our own prepared website, app.
(3). Connectivity with service providers: — It is very important to register various shops located near that village so that the customers can approach the desired shop online and can purchase ,appoint a service provider or daily wage workers ,or can sell their produced items to the desired buyers.

Your Solution:-
In order to solve the problems of the local people such that it would be time be time efficient and in a systematic order various steps will be followed hence the working of our newly built start-up can be easily interpreted with the help of a proper systematic chart.
The process which will be followed by our company in order to solve the problems of the local people will be as followed:-
Through the above mentioned steps the various requests of the users will be taken and the workers related to the desired streams will be allotted to work on it. This will allow the company to grow more and more with high accuracy and efficiently
Estimated Budget:-
As per our newly built start-up the total budget required for the various parameters such as Human resources, hardware or software procurement, development in marketing and testing would be:-
(1). Human resource:-In order to allot workers for the company whether they would be of the technical staff or be the daily paid labourers, huge amount of incentives are required in order to allot them for work. As per my research in order to allot workers it would cost around Rupees:- 2,80,000.
(2). Hardware:- In case of hardware ,around 20 computers are required for the workers in order to ensure the proper working of the start-up and would cost around Rupees:- 2,100,000 and would be based on the latest windows operating system. An office would also be required to be built which would cost around Rupees:-1,700,000 with all the technical facilities.
(3). software:- for publishing or newly built app on the Google play store:-Rupees 2,000 is the one time cost.
All the other things we are having with us, hence a total sum of rupees:-1,980,200 of investment is required.
Marketing Plan:-
In order to get this new idea known to the local people, first of all it’s very important to put the face to the company which means that it’s very important to introduce yourself to the local people by interacting with them and only then they will start having faith on the company and its services. This could also be done through local advertisements.
Using newsletters for increasing the popularity among the people is also a very good option as these are available in various shops such as restaurants, coffee shops and various other stores, and this will allow the idea to me more credible and visible in the market. Through attending some of the local events can also prove to be very useful, like the conferences and the trade affairs which will help the company to be noticed in the community.
The last and the most important thing is the name and the logo of the company, in order to attract the common people towards your newly built company its very important that the name and the logo of the company should look altogether very attractive and the idea of the start-up should be depicted through them.
Risk Analysis:-
In the process of implementing and launching our newly built start-up idea, there would be various hurdles in our way .some of the things which can go wrong during our planning and launching of our idea could be :-
(1). There could be a chance of unexpected security breaches, as these could be applicable to any type of web app or mobile app. Hence it’s necessary to have a safe and secure security connection. There have been some companies who have not paid any type of attention to this topic and assumed that the native apps are inherently secure, and ignore proper security of their customers.
(2). Another risk could be that, being implementing in the area of less literacy rate some people might not be able to use the app or being situated in rural areas some people might not be having the proper internet connection for using the website.
(3). The third risk could be that the unsustainable user growth can be the reason, as the company should be ready to attend any number of people and it doesn’t feel stuck in this loop.
All the above mentioned risks could play a very major role in preventing or start-up idea from outgrowing hence we should take care of all these things before implementing our idea into the market.

Hence with the help of the above mentioned graph we can say that the estimated time is long and will require a lot of time.
